“Evolutionary and Extinction Genomics of Malagasy Lemurs”

A Lecture By Dr. George Perry

Assistant professor of Anthropology & Biology Pennsylvania State University

Thursday, March 5th 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Dr. Perry’s research group uses genomic, ecological, and morphological data from extant and extinct lemurs to study both the longer-term evolutionary ecology of Madagascar’s primates and the shorter-term population and evolutionary responses of these species to human ecological impacts.
